We will do as much research as we can about the home you are pursuing before putting an offer in writing.
We’ll submit an offer outlining your proposed price and terms. This includes either a Pre-Approval Letter or Proof of Funds, depending on your payment method. Each offer is unique—some sellers may have specific preferences or requirements that influence how we structure the offer to make it as competitive as possible.
Once your offer is accepted, the home enters escrow—a neutral process to ensure all terms are met. During this time, you’ll complete additional due diligence to finalize your loan.
Once everything is approved and the loan is cleared to close, you’ll sign final documents, fund the purchase, and receive the keys to your new home!
