There are seven days to go in Seattle Restaurant Week. SRW is a great time to try that place you've been eyeing as you drive by, sample a new cuisine, or play tourist in a new neighborhood of Seattle that you haven't had the chance to check out yet. With over 200 restaurants participating, their interactive map and search tool makes finding a restaurant simple and fun. Each restaurant participating has either a special for those who mention restaurant week upon arrival- or offer a specific set menu for diners at a discounted price. toxic beauty
California artist Stephanie Metz has designed a life size okenia rosacea nudibranch; an endangered species of sea slug native to the California Coast. This interactive exhibit can be viewed and ridden (yes ridden!) through the end of 2025 at the Cannonball Art Center in Downtown Seattle. The life size slug was created from felted wool, and "celebrates paying attention to obscure yet amazing natural wonders."

The Seattle market has entered its typical fall/winter cool down, offering a window of opportunity for serious players. With 30% of listings seeing price reductions, buyers have more negotiating power and experience a less frenzied environment compared to the rest of the year. It is not uncommon for buyers to seek closing credits or other concessions during a slow fall/winter season.
